1、根據公司發展戰略,協助總裁做好各工廠生產計劃并監督實施,負責人、事、物的日常管理,協調下屬各部門間的協作,做好與其他部門的溝通,保證公司整體運營的有效運行;
2、負責組織公司生產計劃的制定、審核、批準,組織產銷協調,完善產品生產標準操作規程,組織、實施、監督產品生產工作;
3、負責制定物流管理流程,規范物流服務管理,改善物流運作系統,實現物流成本的優化,并管理物流資源及供應商,并不斷提升物流服務水平;
4、負責生產相關的外聯關系維護處理,以保持良好的生產運營狀態,負責環保、消防、衛生檢疫、安全、職業健康等各項安全事宜,配合藥監、環保、安監、公安、消防等政府部門的年檢及檢查工作,確保公司生產工作的正常運行;同時做好與業務部門的對接聯動,為業務服務提供及時、可靠、完備的生產技術支持;
5、負責運營成本和產品質量的控制,不斷提高和改善運營效率和產品品質;
6、負責生產管理后備人才梯隊的建設培養,做好工廠管理干部的傳幫帶管理工作;
